Pit Master, Mike won 1st in Pork at the 17th annual American Royal in Kansas City 1996. Won Grand Master State Champion in 1998 in Kansas. 1st in Brisket 1st in Ribs. 4th place Sauce in the 10th annual Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational Barbeque 1998.
Mike moved to Florida in 2000. Has volunteered for many clubs in the area. people have said to him "you need to open your own BBQ place." So Nov 7, 2013 he opened KC QUE. Let There Be Barbque!
